Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms of use (the "user terms") that govern your use of the All Good Ideas website ("the website"). By using the website you agree to follow and be bound by the user terms. The user terms are intended to constitute the whole agreement. No information or advice given by any other means, such as on the website, by email or telephone call, will be binding.
UK law is the applicable law.
We abide by the rules stated in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002
Returns
Items may be returned in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer, by requesting a returns authorisation number from returns@allgoodideas.co.uk and sent to All Good Ideas, 39 Liddle Close, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0DS, quoting the RMA number and enclosing the original invoice and reasons for return.
Special order & Bespoke items are not covered by our 14 day returns policy. We can not accept returns on Bespoke / Made to order / Special / or Personalised orders, including items shortened from standard length to customers own requirements.
Whether items(s) are returned in "original condition" is to be decided solely by All Good Ideas.
If item(s) are returned in a condition with which All Good Ideas is satisfied, All Good Ideas will refund the cost of the item(s) less any gift wrapping or Postage and Packaging costs paid by the customer.
If item(s) are returned without being adequately packaged or in any other such way as to make them liable to being damaged in the post, AND All Good Ideas deems that such damage has occurred, such item(s) will be deemed to have not been returned in their original condition and All Good Ideas can refuse any refund.
Receipt of the item(s) is deemed to be the date on which Royal Mail or other carrier used to confirm in writing that they delivered the item to All Good Ideas. The onus of proof is on the customer to prove that they posted the item(s) back to All Good Ideas and it has been received.
Failure to obtain an RMA number may result in the rejection of the shipment to All Good Ideas and the subsequent return to the customer at the customers expense.
Availability of items
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
Contract Formation
No contract will be formed between you and All Good Ideas for the sale of any items until payment is completed and the item ordered has been dispatched by All Good Ideas. Payment will be deemed complete on either a confirmation email from Paypal to All Good Ideas, or at such time as All Good Ideas indicates via email that your cheque has been cleared by All Good Ideas's bank. Any email confirmation as detailed in this section, whether from All Good Ideas or Paypal, will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the confirmation email is sent, regardless of whether or not the email is received. Any contract can be cancelled by All Good Idaes at any time at its sole discretion and all moneys paid in respect thereof will be refunded.
Liability
The use of this website is at your own risk. All Good Ideas is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or our website or any related information technology. All Good Ideas does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free from computer viruses or other malicious programs or any other technical difficulties which may cause direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damage to you or any other party.
All Good Ideas shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including direct or indirect loss of profit, except from death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, due directly or indirectly to any use of this website or reliance on it or its contents or any information, advice or otherwise in any way connected with it.
Nothing on this website is warranted, either expressly or impliedly, and nothing therein shall constitute advice and should not be relied upon in any decision-making. This website may include technical, typographical or other errors or omissions and All Good Ideas will incur no liability arising from these. All Good Ideas does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content, information, product or service provided by this website. Your statutory rights in relation to goods or service purchased through this website are not affected.

No liability whatsoever will be incurred by All Good Ideas in respect of any links contained in this website. All Good Ideas does not monitor or endorse any material accessed by means of links from its website and takes no responsibility for the websites or material accessible via such links.
Variation
These Terms & Conditions may be changed by All Good Ideas at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes will be intimated by the changes being posted on the website and you will therefore have been notified. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect after a period of one week commencing from the time from which they are posted. By using the website thereafter, you will have accepted the varied terms and will be bound by them.
Severability
In the event that any term of these Terms & Conditions is judicially held to be invalid or unenforceable, all of the remaining terms shall remain valid and enforceable.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Good Ideas owns all copyright and related intellectual property rights in and relating to the website unless otherwise agreed or specified. An individual page may be downloaded for private, non-commercial and personal use for the purpose of placing an order with All Good Ideasor using this website as a shopping resource. With this exception, no contents of this website (including text, video, audio, audio-visual material, graphics, underlying source code and software) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent. All weights and measures are approximate. Images may be enhanced, enlarged or otherwise modified. Descriptions are complied by reference to information available to All Good Ideas at the time of listing. All Good Ideas shall incur no liability for inaccuracies in this respect but shall endeavour to refund or replace any item proven within 6 months of purchase by an independent specialists report to be incorrectly described to a significant extent. All Good Ideas shall be the sole judge of "significant" in this respect.
