A contemporary version of a traditional country walking stick . 
The hardwood handle has a depression on the top where the user's thumb can rest comfortably. The rustic shaft is made from a coppiced wood, usually hazel, but other traditional woods such as ash are also used. 
Each stick is unique and has a special character of its own. 
Fitted with a Combi-spike ferrule, the stick can be used on hard or soft ground and is sure to become a treasured companion for its owner.
