Pistol grip cane with ash handle on ash shaft

A very special, collectors' cane made by Classic Canes of Somerset, England.
The ash handle is a comfortable, stylish shape known as the 'Pistol Grip' because of its off-centre form.
It is mounted on an ash shaft, distinctive for the silvery-grey appearance of the bark.
The cane is fitted with a smart brass collar and finished with a metal ferrule.
