How to Order
Ordering is easy! Just fill your Shopping Basket. The hit the ready to checkout button and follow the steps. An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail. An E-mail will be sent with the tracking information once it is sent.

Ordering
Most Orders placed prior to 4 PM GMT Sunday through Thursday will be shipped from our warehouse by 5 PM the next day. There are occasions when we run out of stock of certain merchandise so please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

Phone Ordering

At this moment in time to keep costs down and to offer you the best prices and deals we can, we do not take orders by phone. (This may change in the near future)

Online Ordering

Order Tracking

When you place an order at www.allgoodideas.co.uk, we issue you a Order number on screen and via e-mail. Use this number and the name of the purchaser if you call or write to us about your order.

Gifts with Purchase

When a free gift is given with a purchase this gift must be returned in order to receive a full credit.

All Shipping and Handling will be calculated at checkout.

Solid walking sticks up to 1 metre £6.50
Solid walking sticks over 1 metre (long crooks etc) £7.50

All other locations will be calculated at checkout.

UK Mainland - Stickmaking supplies and walking sticks and canes under a packaged size of 900mm will be sent via first or second class post. These rates are in line with Royal mails postal charges with the addition of packaging charges. Unlike some companies, All Good Ideas do not inflate the p&p charges, we just want to cover our costs.

UK Mainland - Walking sticks and canes over a packaged size of 900mm will be sent via standard parcels which is a 3 day service. Due to changes with Royal Mail, we are no longer able to send walking sticks and canes over 900mm in length via first class, second class, recorded delivery or Registered services. Unlike some companies, All Good Ideas do not inflate the p&p charges, we just want to cover our costs, in some instances we subsidise the true cost of p&p. Higher value sticks and canes will be sent vis UPS or DHL. Priority shipping can be offered by request at an extra cost if the item is in stock and is required urgently. Please e-mail use at sales@allgoodideas.co.uk The cut off time for priority shipping is 11am, services offered are 48HR, 24HR and Saturday Delivery.
(Standard insurance cover via Priority services is £50, this can also be increased at an extra cost)

For international customers - We are unable to send any package over 2kg or 900mm in length via Airmail and Surface mail, due to the restrictions in Royal Mail. We have therefore negotiated with a reputable delivery company to deliver our goods worldwide. This is a signed for service with £50 insurance as standard. This safeguards you the customer and also our company, (higher insurance can be purchased for an extra fee, please contact us at sales@allgoodideas.co.uk for a quote) International packages that fall into this category are sent via UPS or DHL and are fully traceable through their websites.

For packages under 900mm in length and less than 2kg, we are still able at your request to send them via airmail and surface mail but these are a non signed for service and are not guaranteed and according to Royal Mail's website can take up to 8 weeks to deliver. Unlike some companies, All Good Ideas do not inflate the p&p charges, we just want to cover our costs, in some instances we subsidise the true cost of p&p. Customs
As part of sending your parcel, the relative custom forms have to be completed by us, to expedite customs clearance. Please note that during holiday peak period shipping times, the customs processing times may delay your order. In the event your package is charged duty by customs, you are responsible for any charges which will be collected at time of delivery. All taxes and deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We pride ourself on a speedy delivery and send out parcels 5 days a week, if your order is delayed for any reason, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as we can.

Returns

Items may be returned in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer, by requesting a returns authorisation number from returns@allgoodideas.co.uk  and sent to All Good Ideas, 39 Liddle Close, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0DS, quoting the RMA number and enclosing the original invoice and reasons for return.

Special order, Bespoke, made to order or personilsed items including items shortened from standard length to customers own requirments are not covered by our 14 day returns policy.Whether items(s) are returned in "original condition" is to be decided solely by All Good Ideas.

If item(s) are returned in a condition with which All Good Ideas is satisfied, All Good Ideas will refund the cost of the item(s) less any gift wrapping or Postage and Packaging costs paid by the customer.

If item(s) are returned without being adequately packaged or in any other such way as to make them liable to being damaged in the post, AND All Good Ideas deems that such damage has occurred, such item(s) will be deemed to have not been returned in their original condition and All Good Ideas can refuse any refund.

Receipt of the item(s) is deemed to be the date on which Royal Mail or other carrier used confirm in writing that they delivered the item to All Good Ideas. The onus of proof is on the customer to prove that they posted the item(s) back to All Good Ideas and it has been received.
